It is fully padded and lined with 210D polyester and features a main compartment with padded laptop pocket with safety strap, a zippered pocket and 2 slip pockets. The front side has a zippered pocket and daisy chain. Carry it with its handles with hook and loop pad, its removable and adjustab. Complies with Prop 65. 15 1/2″ W x 11 3/4″ H x 4″ D
